According to Tom's Guide (link below), 3.2 is going to come out this summer. It will contain a few bug fixes, hardware acceleration for Tegra 2 chips and Qualcomm support. The other thing that sounds interesting - support for 7" tablets. This is interesting because most 7" tablets have smaller native resolutions - and so does the G-Slate (than the rest of the 10" devices -- Xoom - 1280x800 versus the G-Slate's 1280-720).
It will be interesting to see if we don't just skip the 3.1 build and go straight to 3.2 in the coming weeks..
